Ingredients to make Khandvi in microwave

  • 1 cup gram flour ( besan)
  • 2 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • Pinch turmeric powder
  • salt per as your taste
  • oil
  • mustard seeds
  • cumin seeds
  • coriander for garnishing
  • coconut for garnishing

How to make Khandvi in microwave

  1. First flour & buttermilk mix & blend them
  2. Then add salt turmeric powder Microwave them on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Then check consistency like easily spread Heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,pinch hing .
  4. Now Grease the thali on the back. Spread khandvi batter ,Cut & roll . Then pour the tadka, Garnish with dry coconut powder, sesame,red chilli powder.
