Very easily & quick recipe of making this delicious Gujrati snack, khandvi for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup gram flour ( besan)
  2. 2 1/2 cup buttermilk
  3. Pinch Turmeric powder
  4. Salt per as your taste
  5. oil
  6. Mustard seeds
  7. Cumin seeds
  8. Coriander for garnishing
  9. Coconut for garnishing

Instructions

  1. First flour & buttermilk mix & blend them
  2. Then add salt turmeric powder Microwave them on medium heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Then check consistency like easily spread Heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,pinch hing .
  4. Now Grease the thali on the back. Spread khandvi batter ,Cut & roll . Then pour the tadka, Garnish with dry coconut powder, sesame,red chilli powder.
