Gobhi ki Sabzi with a Twist

Ingredients to make Gobhi ki Sabzi with a Twist

  • 250g Couliflower chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tomatoes chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • Green pesat( garlic , ginger , coriander)
  • 1 Tsp coriander powder
  • 5-6 Green chilli
  • 1 Tsp cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp cumin seed
  • 2 tsp oil

How to make Gobhi ki Sabzi with a Twist

  1. BLEND 2-3 GARLIC CLOVES, 1/2 INCH PIECE OF GINGER, 4 TBSP CORIANDER INTO A SMOOTH PASTE
  2. HEAT 2 TSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD & CUMIN SEEDS
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  4. ADD 2-3 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, THE GREEN PASTE, SAUTE
  5. ADD 1 CHOPPED TOMATO, FRY TILL SOFT
  6. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CUMIN, CORIANDER & TURMERIC POWDERS
  7. ADD SALT, 250 GMS CHOPPED CAULIFLOWER FLORETS, MIX WELL
  8. COVER & COOK FOR 5-7 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  9. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER, TAKE OFF HEAT
  10. SERVE HOT
