Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Button mushroom 250 grams
  2. onion big sized diced 1
  3. capsicum medium sized diced 1
  4. cashew nuts 10
  5. butter 3 tablespoons
  6. salt to taste
  7. turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Green chillies 2
  11. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  12. cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  13. cloves 3
  14. cardamom 2
  15. Bay leaves 2
  16. cinnamon stick 2
  17. ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  18. cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
  19. tomato sauce 1 tablespoon
  20. tomato diced small 1
  21. cilantros chopped for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a pan , melt butter .
  2. Add whole Garam Masala ingredients .
  3. Add cumin seeds .
  4. Add onions . Fry .
  5. Add ginger garlic paste.
  6. Add capsicum .
  7. Add diced tomatoes .
  8. Fry for 5 minutes .
  9. Add the dry powders .
  10. Cover and cook till tomatoes soften .
  11. Add chopped mushrooms.
  12. Add cashews .
  13. Add tomato sauce .
  14. Mix . Cover and cook in low heat for 4 minutes .
  15. Cook in high flame removing the cover . Mix .
  16. Slow roast .
  17. Garnish with cilantros .
