ABOUT Muffin dhokla with twist RECIPE

Usually Dhokla is prepared using gram flour, curd and it's prepared by steam cook.But I prepared its mint flavoured Muffin Dhokla by microwave oven.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gram flour -1 cup
  2. Curd -1 cup
  3. Mint leaves - 1/2 Cup
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 spoons
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ginger -1 piece
  7. Green chilli -4
  8. Jeera seeds -1 spoon
  9. Byadagi chilli -1
  10. Mustard -1 spoon
  11. Curry leaves - 1 Spring
  12. Oil -2 spoon
  13. Jaggery - 2 spoons
  14. Water _1/2 cup
  15. Turmeric - 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Take a mixi jar and add mint leaves , coriander leaves, ginger 2 green chilli and curd and grind nicely.
  2. Take a bowl add gram flour,salt , turmeric & add grinded mixture and if required water, mix nicely.
  3. Pour the batter into silicone mold ,and place it inside microwave oven and cook in micro mode for 2:30 mins
  4. Prepare tampering by heating the pan add oil, mustard and jeera seeds , green chilli, byadagi chilli and curry leaves.
  5. Now add jaggery and water.once it boiled ,pour it on muffins.
