ABOUT Corn Double Cheese Paratha RECIPE

Heres a double cheese loaded paratha with paneer , cheese and corn a kids special treat.Every kid loves paneer from the time theyre introduced to it and cheese is their favourite always .To give kids all in one taste and nourishment this serves greatCorn gives a little sweet and crunchy feel too.Sure kids love the light theekha meetha taste of this parantha.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup paneer crumbled
  2. 1 cube cheese grated
  3. 1 cup sweet corn boiled
  4. half onion chopped
  5. Corriander chopped
  6. 2 cups wheat flour
  7. Oil to Tava fry paranthas
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 tspn kashmiri chilli powder
  10. one teaspoon cummin powder
  11. 1/2 tspn tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Knead 2 cups wheat flour keep side
  2. Grate 1 cheese cube
  3. Add grated cheese to crumble paneer
  4. Add some coriander
  5. Add 2 cup sweet corn
  6. Add onion chopped and 1/2, tspn tomato ketchup
  7. Mix all filling
  8. Make portions of wheat flour
  9. Flatten into small puris
  10. Place filling on one side of poori
  11. Close with another puri,
  12. Roll lightly into parantha now
  13. Heat griddle and tava fry roast the parantha
  14. Tava fry both sides well
  15. Ready to enjoy cut out into triangles serve to your kids or send in lunch box
  16. Put in a thin slice of cheese in between too
  17. Add all spices
