Choco Coco Crunchy Munchy Halwa

Ingredients to make Choco Coco Crunchy Munchy Halwa

  • 250gms khajur
  • 150 gms anjeer
  • 100 gms butterscotch crunchy
  • 100 gms grated khopra (nariyal)
  • 200 gms mawa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dry fruits grated
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp coco powder or any chocolate powder

How to make Choco Coco Crunchy Munchy Halwa

  1. Clean khajur and anjeer, crush both in the mixture using a little milk. In a vessel heat 1 tbsp ghee, roast khajur and anjeer when mixed well. Add mawa and chocolate powder in it, mix well. Add sugar, mix and transfer the mixture in a bowl.
  2. In another vessel heat 1 tbsp ghee. Add grated coconut and roast it. Add mawa in it and mix it. Add 1/2 cup sugar and leave it for few seconds. Turn off the gas, add a little butterscotch crunchy and mix well. Keep a little butterscotch aside for decoration.
  3. Now in a serving bowl or dish spread half khajur- anjeer mixture. Over it spread khopra mawa mixture. At the end spread khajur anjeer mixture and spread dry fruits and butterscotch crunchy over it.
  4. For butterscotch crunchy: Melt 1 cup sugar in a pan, on a slow flame to 1 string consistency. Add 3/4 cup coarsely ground dryfruits. Stir it to make praline.
  5. Grease the rolling board with oil, spread the mixture on it. Roll it with a greased rolling pin. After it cools, coarsely grind the praline for use.
