Ingredients to make Rice Kheer Favored With Fennel

  • Basmati rice 2 tbsp
  • full cream milk 2 litter
  • sugar 3 tbsp or to taste
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tbsp
  • chopped nuts 4 tbsp
  • Rose petal for garnish

How to make Rice Kheer Favored With Fennel

  1. Wash and soak the rice for 1/2 hour. Boil the milk , reduce the flame, drain the rice and add in the milk.
  2. Keep stirring it until it reduces to one third of original quantity. Now add sugar, fennel powder, fennel seeds and chopped nuts.
  3. cook it for 5 to 8 minutes more, switch off the gas. garnish with rose petal serve chilled.
