Ingredients to make DRY ACHARI CHICKEN
- (boneless & small piece)-500gm, Onion-1 big cut into slices,Ginger & Garlic paste- 2tbs ,Green chili- 5-6 piecs,Mustard Oil- 4-5 tbs,Yogurt- 50gm
- Turmeric powder-1tbs,red chili powder- 2tsp, powder-1 tbs,Cumin powder-1 tbs ,Achari Mashala- 2tbs hip full ,Any tangy pickle- 1tbs
- Bengali panchforon- 1tsp,Salt- as per taste,- 1tbs,Lime juice- half lemon
How to make DRY ACHARI CHICKEN
My Tip:For making this dish you will require achari mashala ,to make this you need 1) Turmeric powder-1 tbs 2) Dry red chili powder-1 tbs 3) Garam mashala powder-1 tbs 4) Fenugreek seeds- 1 tbs 5) Aamchur powder-1 tbs 6) Salt-1tbs 7) Coriander seeds-2 tbs 8) Cumin seeds-2 tbs 9) kalongi Seeds-2 tbs 10) Fennel Seeds- 4 tbs 11) Mustard Seed-2 tbs Method:- in a mixing jar add ingredients no (1-6) and in a dry pan add remaining ingredients. Dry roast them on a medium flame, then make a smooth powder of it. Mix them with the powder ingredients of that jar. Your achari mashala is ready.
