Ingredients to make Palak beet idli cupcake with curd frosting

  • 3 cup idli dosa batter
  • Half cup palak puree
  • Half cup beet puree
  • Ginger-green chilli paste 3 tsp
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1sachet eno fruit salt
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Mayo 1 tbsp

How to make Palak beet idli cupcake with curd frosting

  1. Take batter and add ginger chilli paste, baking soda, salt and mix finely
  2. Now divide batter in three parts
  3. Take palak puree and mix it in one part
  4. As well mix beet puree in other part
  5. Third we remain as it is.
  6. Now add enough and pour batter in muffin moulds
  7. Steam them for 15 to 20 min.
  8. Take hung curd, mayo, salt, pepper and whisk
  9. Transfer it in piping bag and pipe on cup cakes
  10. Garnish with grapes, pomegranate and coriander
