Ingredients to make Restaurant style Kadhai Paneer

  • Paneer 1 cup
  • Onion 2 (chopped )
  • Tomato 3( puree)
  • Capsicum 1(sliced)
  • FRESH CREAM 2 TBSP
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Kasoori methi 2tbsp
  • sugar 1tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce 2tbsp
  • Kadhai Masala
  • Coriander seeds 2tsp
  • Red chilli whole 3
  • Jeera 1tsp
  • garam masala powder 1tsp
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Jeera whole 1tsp

How to make Restaurant style Kadhai Paneer

  1. Heat oil and add jeera
  2. Add chopped onion
  3. When slightly brown add tomato puree,ginger garlic paste
  4. Roast and grind the ingredients under kadhai masala
  5. Add kadhai masala
  6. Add sugar and tomato sauce
  7. Add cream and paneer and salt
  8. Add kasoori methi and garam masala in the end
  9. Add capsicum chunks
  10. Serve hot with laccha paratha
