Ingredients to make IceApple Cooler/Tadgola Sherbat

  • Dozen of Ice apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 500 ml Milk (cooled after adding sugar)
  • 2-4 tbsp of rose essence or rose syrup

How to make IceApple Cooler/Tadgola Sherbat

  1. Clean the ice apples well.
  2. Now chop these fine retaining the water that comes out.
  3. Add sugar to cool milk and add rose essence.
  4. Pour this in a tall glass with chopped Ice apples.
  5. Add the ready milk in this stir well.
  6. Now if you like it in water add water and a spoon full of Rooheafza or Kalverts Rose for sweet taste and colour.
  7. Now you have both options with water and with milk
  8. Serve cold.

My Tip:

Please manage the sugar as per taste as also adding rose syrup will add sugar.
