Ingredients to make Paneer anagara

  • paneer cut in cubes 200 gm.
  • oil 1tbsp
  • onion sliced 2 large
  • tomato 1 Large
  • poppy seeds 1tsp
  • coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  • ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
  • cream 2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • For Marination : gram flour 1/2 cup
  • oil for fry as required
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

How to make Paneer anagara

  1. Take a pan and heat little oil. Add cumin seeds,onion and poppy seeds. Sauté and let cool. Then make a paste of it by adding a little water.
  2. Boil tomatoes and make a puree of them.
  3. Now take a pan, add oil and garlic ginger paste. Add onion mixture and saute it.
  4. Add tomato puree in it. Cook. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder. Mix well.
  5. Take paneer cubes. Add gram flour in a bowl and add chilli powder and garam masala to it. Add water and make a thick batter. Now dip paneer cubes in it and fry it.
  6. Add paneer cubes and cream into gravy mixture. Cook for a while.
  7. Garnish with little shredded butter, paneer, coriander leaves, onion, tomato and serve with roti.
