Paneer anagara

Ingredients to make Paneer anagara

  • Paneer cut in cubes 200 gm.
  • oil 1tbsp
  • Onion sliced 2 large
  • Tomato 1 Large
  • Poppy seeds 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1tsp
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • For Marination : Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil for fry as required
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

How to make Paneer anagara

  1. Take a pan and heat little oil add cumin seeds, onion,poppy seeds and saute it. Cool it down. Then make paste of it by adding a little water.
  2. Meanwhile make puree of tomato too after boiling it.
  3. Now take a pan on gas, add oil then add garlic ginger paste. Add onion mixture and saute it.
  4. Add tomato puree in it. Cook it. Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala ,turmeric powder. Mix well.
  5. Take paneer cubes. Add gram flour in a bowl, add chilli powder, garam masala in it. Add water and make a thick batter. Now dip paneer cubes in it and fry it.
  6. Add paneer cubesand cream into gravy mixture. Cook for a while.
  7. Garnish with little shredded butter, paneer, coriander leaves ,onion,tomato and serve with fulka.
