Ingredients to make Bhutte ka kees

  • Corn. 8 big corn
  • Coconut. . 1 bowl grated for garnishing
  • Green chillies. 5-6
  • Mustard seeds. 1/2 tsp
  • Oil. 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli. . 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder. 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Bhutte ka kees

  1. First we take 7-8 big :corn:.
  2. Then we grated it one by one
  3. Then put oil in pan. Add jeera , mustard seeds,green chillies,red chilli powder, coriander powder., turmeric powder.
  4. After that we added these grated corn for 30min in medium. Stirr in between .it change its colour once ripe.
  5. Now it got ready for serve.
My Tip: You can add jeeravan,coconut grated,lemon for tasty flavour.
