Bhutte ka Kees

Ingredients to make Bhutte ka Kees

  • corn 8 big corn
  • coconut 1 bowl grated for garnishing
  • green chillies 5-6
  • mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • red chilli 1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Bhutte ka Kees

  1. First we take 7-8 big corn.
  2. Then we grated it one by one.
  3. Then put oil in pan. Add jeera, mustard seeds, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  4. After that we added these grated corn for 30 minutes in the pan on medium heat. Stir in between till it changes its colour.
  5. Now it is ready to serve.

My Tip:

You can add jeeravan, coconut grated, lemon for tasty flavor.
