Ingredients to make The Quintessential Green Zing

  • coriander/Cilantro Leaves - 2 large bunches
  • green chillies - 5 to 6
  • salt - to taste
  • onion - 1 small
  • ginger - 1 large chunk (50 gm)
  • lemon - 1

How to make The Quintessential Green Zing

  1. Wash the coriander leaves thoroughly.
  2. Roughly chop the ginger & onion.
  3. Put the coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, onion & salt in a blender and blend until it becomes puree.
  4. Squeeze the juice of a lemon on the puree and mix well.
  5. Serve with any kebabs or chops as a condiment

My Tip:

Do not put water into the mixture as it may turn runny.
