  • Cooked rice 2 cup
  • star anise I
  • cinnamon stick 1
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  • cashews few
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • curry leaves few
  • tomato sauce 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder a pinch

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. FRY CASHEWS
  3. FRY URAD DAL
  4. CURRY LEAVES
  5. CINNAMON AND STAR ANISE
  6. CABBAGE
  7. PEPPER POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER
  8. ADD SALT, CLOSE AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  9. OPEN THE LID, ADD TOMATO SAUCE, MIX WELL
  10. COOKED RICE
  11. MIX WELL AND SERVE IN HOT
