Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bell peppers, sliced into 1/2" rounds, seeds removed
  2. 2 eggs, beaten with 1 tbsp water
  3. 1 cup Maida
  4. 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
  5. 1 tsp. red chili powder/Black pepper
  6. 1 tsp. garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs with red chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Coat pepper rings first in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs mixture. Place on prepared baking tray
  3. Bake 10 minutes, flip peppers and bake for another 10 minutes , until tender. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Serve warm with Sauce/Mayonnaise
