  • Rosted whole Gram dal
  • 3 teaspoon of besan
  • 1 Teaspoon of Rice flour
  • 1-2 Teaspoon of red chilly powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 pieces of crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon of crushed cumin
  • Little water
  • Deep fry for oil

How to make Spicy Rosted Gram Dal

  1. TAKE A BOWL ADD 1/4 KILOGRAMS OF ROSTED GRAM(WHOLE)
  2. ADD 3 TEASPOON OF BESAN FLOUR AND 1 TEASPOON OF RICE FLOUR
  3. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  4. TAKE A GARLIC AND CRUSH WELL
  5. ADD CUMIN ANDALSO CRUSH WELL
  6. ADD CRUSHED GARLIC AND CRUSHED CUMIN SEEDS
  7. MIX WELL AND SPRINKLE SOME WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH OF WATER
  8. THIS IS A CONSISTENCY NONSTICKY MIXTURE
  9. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL
  10. ONCE OIL IS HEAT ADD ROSTED GRAM
  11. COOK FOR UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN
  12. AFTER GOLDEN BROWN TAKE OUT AND PLACE PLATE WITH TISSUE
  13. TASTY AND SPICY ROSTED GRAM DAL IS READY EVENLY SEPARATED WELL.
  14. TRANSFER THE AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AND STORE IT FOR 1 WEEK
  15. ENJOY
