This is a quick recipe of a side dish, made with chick peas, south Indian style.

Ingredients to make Channa sundal

  • Channa [boiled chick peas]1 cup
  • Dry red chilli - 2
  • ginger - 1 inch
  • coconut - 2 pieces
  • salt
  • mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Refined oil

How to make Channa sundal

  1. HEAT SOME OIL IN A PAN AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS, CHILLI, BOILED CHICK PEAS.
  2. ADD SALT & STIR.
  3. NOW GRIND REST OF THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN MIXER GRINDER, ADD THIS TO THE COOKING CHICK PEAS IN THE PAN. MIX WELL, AND SERVE HOT.
