Ingredients to make Sprouted soya grains and vegetable soup

  • 1 cup dried soya grain and sprouted
  • 1/2 cup moong and moth soked and sprouted
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp whole wheat grain soaked
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp barley grain soaked
  • 1full bowl of peeled and diced mix vegetable(carrot,beans,zucchini)
  • 2 tomato medium size and 1green chilli grind
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1litre vegetable stock
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 medium size onion diced
  • 2-3 garlic clove crushed
  • Pinch of sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp barley flour
  • 1 medium boiled potato diced
  • 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriender and few coriender stem

How to make Sprouted soya grains and vegetable soup

  1. Already soaked and sprouted soya and other grains,vegetable stock,grind tomato paste,allspice in large saucepan.
  2. Add all diced vegetable,onion, coriender,garlic and sugar and bring to boil over high heat,reduced heat to low and cook covered for till beans are tender.
  3. When beans tender add boiled potato,ketchup and barley flour in it.
  4. Now taste and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Ladle into serving bowl drizzle olive oil and garnish with fresh coriender leaves,serve immediately.

My Tip:

Barley flour for high fiber and gives velvety texture to it.
