Ingredients to make Mini cheese rajma paratha

  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • onion - 2
  • cumin powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Red kidney bean (rajma) - 100 gms
  • coriander for garnish
  • wheat flour - 200 gm
  • salt as required
  • tomato chopped - 1/2 tablespoon
  • cabbage/lettuce chopped - 1/2 tablespoon
  • capsicum chopped - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese - 2 tablespoon

How to make Mini cheese rajma paratha

  1. Soak Rajma / Red kidney bean overnight in water and Pressure cook - mushy, strain excess water
  2. Heat a kadai, add oil, Ginger garlic paste, chopped 1 onion
  3. Add cumin, garam masala and red chilli powder
  4. Add salt and mash everything together
  5. Finally garnish with coriander - Rajma stuffing ready
  6. Combine wheat, salt and water to make a dough
  7. Make mini chappathi/ rotis
  8. Take 1 mini roti and place rajma stuffing over it
  9. Then top with chopped 1 onion, tomato, cabbage/lettuce and capsicum
  10. Finally add cheese and close with another chapatti and seal the sides
  11. Place it on a pan, drizzle some oil or ghee and cook on both the sides
  12. Serve as such or slit into two
  13. Tastes best with tomato sauce
